Our History

eLibro began to be thought between 1995 and 1996, when the Internet as we know it today did not yet exist. Between 1996 and 1997 the domain e-Libro.net was registered for the first time and later, in 1998, the company eLibro Corporation. In 1999 an alliance with Ebrary.com was born and in 2002 the first sale was made in Mexico.

Lic. Eduardo Varela-Cid was the founder of eLibro, and co-founder, Marcela Cejas, being www.e-libro.net the first product created while using the platform eBook/Ebrary.
